"content": "As lunchtime approaches, the same dilemma repeats. I've been to almost every restaurant near the office. Kimbap feels too carb-heavy, and salads leave you hungry again in just two hours. In the clinic, I am often asked, \"Director, are diet lunch boxes okay?\" My answer is, \"Some are, and some aren't.\" Depending on what goes into each compartment, a single meal can either be a strong ally for your <strong>diet/weight management</strong> or the cause of a frustrating plateau.
