Bright red blood is highly likely to be hemorrhoids or an anal fissure, but it could also be colitis, so an accurate diagnosis is necessary.

  • 밝은 선홍색: 항문 근처 출혈(치질, 치열)
  • 검은색(흑변): 상부 위장관 출혈 → 즉시 병원
