I'm curious about diet methods that can show results within a month. How should I start?

The first week is a 'cleansing' phase. In Traditional Korean Medicine, we focus on strengthening the Spleen (bi) to drain excess water and phlegm-fluid (dam-eum). From weeks 2–3, we regulate metabolism with constitution-based herbal medicine and diet. After a month, you'll feel lighter and notice improved digestion. I initially failed by rushing, but learned that slow progress is faster. Results vary, so don't overdo it.
A month may seem short, but in TKM this period is seen as a 'reset' phase to build constitutional foundation. Week 1 involves checking and tonifying Spleen deficiency (biheo). A weak Spleen slows water metabolism, causing bloating or fatigue. Light Spleen-tonifying (bobi) herbs and reducing irritating foods allow the body to recover. I once fasted to lose weight quickly and felt dizzy—so now I focus on regulating rather than emptying. Weeks 2–3 support qi-blood circulation, using herbs to resolve blood stasis (eohyeol) and phlegm-fluid (dameum), while gradually increasing exercise. Patients often report better digestion and sleep. By week 4, constitution-appropriate dietary habits settle, and appetite stabilizes. Avoid targets like 'how many kg in a month,' as they stress the body; focus on condition changes. TKM aims for long-term homeostasis, not short-term loss. Since individual responses differ, I recommend an in-person consultation to accurately diagnose your current state and approach accordingly.
