During the first 1 to 2 days, I analyze your constitution based on the consultation. I must meticulously determine whether you are experiencing 'Bi-heo' (脾虛, Spleen Qi deficiency), resulting in low energy and poor digestion, or if there is an accumulation of 'Dameum' (痰飮, phlegm-fluid retention) or 'Eohyeol' (瘀血, blood stasis). Skipping this detailed analysis often leads to side effects that may cause patients to give up midway. I learned through my own experience that following the proper, traditional process is actually the fastest way to achieve a sustainable result.
Following the analysis, another 2 to 3 days are required for decocting and quality inspection. The physical process of boiling the herbs and packaging them takes time. You will generally receive your medicine within a week. Please view this waiting period as a 'preparatory stage' before your body begins the weight loss journey.
