This period is necessary for me to carefully review your health status through the remote medical questionnaire and personally prepare a formula tailored specifically to your body.

Our non-face-to-face prescription process consists of three main stages. First, we analyze your dietary habits and constitution via a detailed questionnaire. At this stage, I determine whether you are experiencing 'Spleen Deficiency' (Bi-heo/脾虛)—where weak digestive function leads to low energy—or if there is an accumulation of 'Phlegm-Fluid' (Dam-eum/痰飮), which refers to metabolic waste that obstructs circulation.
Second is the formulation and preparation stage. Because every constitution is unique, I must meticulously adjust the medicinal herbs. For instance, if there are signs of 'Blood Stasis' (Eo-hyeol/瘀血)—where stagnant blood hinders circulation—the prescription must be finely tuned. This stage usually takes 2 to 3 days.
Finally, your customized medicine is delivered to your home via courier. Since this is a personalized prescription rather than a pre-made product, it naturally takes a bit more time.
