Around week 3-4, we hold another online follow-up to adjust the herbal prescription or lifestyle coaching according to your changes. Over 2-3 months of consistent management, we compare periodic body composition results and photos. Despite being non-face-to-face, regular communication reduces the hassle of frequent hospital visits.
