I have a severe house dust mite allergy. How can I manage it?
Proper bedding care is essential. Dust mites feed on human skin flakes. Regularly dry and air out your bedding in direct sunlight and shake it thoroughly. Using anti-allergy bedding (such as microfiber) is also a good option.
