Do ovarian cysts go away?
Most cysts (functional cysts) develop during ovulation and spontaneously resolve within 1 to 3 months. However, if they persist and enlarge, treatment is required.

- 경과 관찰: 생리 직후 초음파 검사를 하면 자연스럽게 사라진 경우가 많습니다.
- 치료 대상: 크기가 5cm 이상으로 커지거나, 꼬임(염전)으로 인한 통증이 있을 때, 또는 3개월 이상 지속될 때 치료가 필요합니다.
- 한방 치료: 이뇨 작용과 순환을 돕는 약재를 통해 물혹 내부의 액체를 흡수시켜 제거합니다.
💡 터짐 주의
물혹이 있을 때 격렬한 운동이나 성관계를 하면 혹이 터져 복강 내 출혈이 발생할 수 있으므로 주의가 필요합니다.
