How can I plan safely if I want to lose weight within one month?
Rather than promising a specific amount of loss, use the month to review current health and daily rhythm and begin sustainable changes. Medicines and reasons for repeated unsuccessful attempts should also be assessed.
If you have used or stopped weight-management medicines such as Wegovy or Saxenda, tell your clinician the name, duration, effects, and troublesome reactions. Do not assume that a medicine's effects are a constitutional issue or stop it on your own.
Record stress-related appetite, digestive discomfort, swelling, and fatigue separately to set priorities. Korean medicine may interpret these through spleen qi deficiency (脾虛), phlegm-fluid retention (痰飮), or liver qi constraint (肝氣鬱結), but this does not replace assessment of glucose, hormones, or medicine effects.
For the month, practice regular meals and sleep and activity that is not excessive, then reassess weight, waist circumference, and symptoms. Herbal medicine or acupuncture should be considered as an adjunct only after reviewing medical history and current medicines.
