How does the Dual Plan diet probiotic differ from ordinary dieting, and which may suit me?
For a probiotic, check the strain, amount, and purpose; ordinary dieting adjusts food and activity. Korean-medicine care also reviews symptoms and medical history before combining approaches.
Probiotic products differ in strains, amounts, added ingredients, and directions. Do not infer a weight-loss effect from a product name; record bloating, diarrhea, or other reactions.
Korean medicine may interpret digestive discomfort and low energy as spleen qi deficiency (脾虛), swelling and heaviness as phlegm-fluid retention (痰飮), and circulation discomfort as blood stasis (瘀血). This does not prove a product effect.
Review eating, sleep, activity, medicines, and existing conditions before combining a probiotic with herbal medicine. Stop and seek assessment if symptoms worsen or an allergy occurs; introduce one new product at a time.
