How long do cupping marks last?
The purple marks (blood stasis reaction) are a process where stagnant blood rises to the skin surface and is detoxified. They usually gradually fade and disappear within about 3 days to a week, so please don't worry.
색이 진할수록 그 부위의 혈액 순환이 안 좋다는 증거입니다.
- 색깔: 선홍색(정상) < 검붉은색(어혈) < 보라색/물집(중증 순환 장애)
- 노출: 수영장이나 목욕탕 갈 일이 있다면 며칠 전에 미리 말씀해주세요. 자국 안 남는 등 치료로 대체해 드립니다.
- 가려움: 부항 자리가 가려운 것은 독소가 배출되면서 나타나는 치유 반응입니다. 긁지 마세요.
💡 샤워
부항 직후에는 모공이 열려 있습니다. 2~3시간 뒤에 샤워하시고, 찬물보다는 따뜻한 물로 하세요.
