My cold hasn't cleared up for a month. Could it be rhinitis?
The common cold is a viral infection that typically resolves in 1-2 weeks and usually involves a fever. If only nasal symptoms persist for more than 2 weeks without a fever, it indicates that it has progressed to rhinitis or sinusitis. If you keep taking only cold medicine, your nasal lining will only become drier.
