Q. One of my eyelids is twitching. Is it a stroke?

A.

Most cases are "eyelid twitching" caused by stress, fatigue, and magnesium deficiency, not a stroke. When your liver is fatigued, it struggles to provide nutrients to the muscles (eyes), leading to the twitching. It will improve with plenty of sleep and proper nutrition. However, if your mouth also turns to one side, it indicates a stroke or facial paralysis (such as Bell's palsy).

📝 Detailed Answer
