Delayed expulsion of lochia (uterine remnants) is evidence of insufficient uterine contractions. Blood-stasis-removing medication should be used to promptly expel the remaining residue.
오로는 4~6주에 걸쳐 점차 옅어지며 사라져야 정상입니다.
- 적색 오로: 산후 3~4일
- 갈색/황색 오로: 산후 1~2주
- 백색 오로: 산후 3주 이후
- 이상 신호: 악취, 덩어리, 붉은 피가 지속됨 (하복부 통증 동반 시 자궁 내막염 의심)
⚠️ 하혈과 구별
갑자기 생리처럼 콸콸 쏟아진다면 태반 잔류나 자궁 이완 출혈일 수 있으니 응급실로 가야 합니다.
