Step 01

How to Take

30-60 mins Before Meals

It takes time for the effect to set in.
Taking immediately before meals may reduce appetite suppression.

Drink Plenty of Water

Please drink water frequently throughout the day.
Over 1.5L daily is recommended. Water is essential for flushing out fat breakdown products.

Take Evening Dose by 5-6 PM

Taking it too late may increase metabolism and cause insomnia.
It is best to finish taking it 6 hours before bedtime.

⚠️ Adaptation Period (First 3 Days)

Your body needs time to adapt to the metabolic changes.
Start slowly rather than taking the full dose immediately.

Day 1 Morning 1/2 pack, Lunch 1/2 pack (Skip Evening)
Day 2 Morning 1/2, Lunch 1/2, Evening 1/2
Day 3+ 1 pack, 3 times a day if comfortable
Step 02

Common Reactions & Solutions

Your heart rate and body temperature may rise slightly, similar to mild exercise.
This is a sign the medicine is working, but adjust if uncomfortable.

Tremors / Palpitations

Most common. Stop caffeine (coffee). If severe, reduce dose by half.

Dry Mouth / Constipation

Metabolism uses up more water. Double your usual water intake.

Insomnia

Your brain is in an alert state. Take the evening dose by 4 PM or reduce amount.

Nausea

Taking on an empty stomach may irritate. Switch to taking immediately after meals.

    Alcohol reduces efficacy and paralyzes appetite control centers.
