Why is stir-fried tofu used in weight-management meals, and what cooking precautions apply?

Protein supports satiety and may reduce carbohydrates and glucose swings. Korean medicine considers warm cooking and digestive response through spleen qi deficiency, phlegm-fluid retention, and blood stasis, with mild seasoning.

Tofu protein supports satiety and can reduce carbohydrate-heavy meals, glucose fluctuation, and fat-storage patterns. Tofu alone does not resolve insulin resistance or guarantee loss.

Korean medicine views weak transport as spleen qi deficiency and heaviness as phlegm-fluid retention. Warm stir-fried tofu is considered more favorable to qi-blood circulation than raw vegetables, with blood stasis also reviewed.

Adjust quantity within the whole diet. Keep seasoning mild to limit sodium and use satiety, digestion, and swelling responses to guide portions.
