I'm really scared of sleep paralysis. Is it a ghost?

It's not a ghost, but the phenomenon of "sleep paralysis," where your brain awakens but your muscles remain paralyzed. This occurs when you abnormally awaken during the REM sleep (dreaming sleep) stage. It often appears when you're feeling run-down and under severe stress, so rest is needed.
